1. Digital Products Policy

Since our products are digital files (PDFs) and are delivered instantly upon successful payment, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations once the purchase is complete and the download link has been generated.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

We may consider granting a refund strictly under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.
• Corrupted File: If the PDF file downloaded is corrupted, unreadable, and our technical team is unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours of your complaint.
• Non-Delivery: If your payment was successful, but you did not receive the download link or access to the file.

3. Cancellation Policy

As the delivery of our digital study material is automated and instantaneous, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment process has been initiated and completed.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under our exceptions, please contact our support team within 3 days of your purchase. Please include your Order ID, Email Address used for purchase, and the reason for the request.

5. Processing of Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original method of payment (via Cashfree) within 5 to 7 working days.
